They replaced my transmission under warranty that part was good. But I also ask them to fixed the recall on my Kia and they had my car for a month and they didn’t fix it they told me I had to make a different appointment. So that means I would have had to make an other appointment doing the week and not to have a car again or miss work. They had time to do it. It took them 3 weeks before they started to replace the transmission they had time to do it.

I went in August to purchase a vehicle was told that I would receive my second fob in 3 days after purchase. I was okay with that. My wife and I bought a 2021 Kia Rio for our daughter back in May. A week after buying the car we’ve had an issue where the car intermittently won’t start, it’ll turn over but won’t start. On today July 6, 2018 I went to Mitsubishi big mistake. I told the salesman there that the God I serve that I would be able to get me a car with no money down and the payments that I wanted. With that being said I walked into Miracle Kia and got just what God had in store for me. My sales team was excellent Mr. Johnny Meriweather was awesome. My whole experience was just wonderful.
